hey guys, doing a coil conversion on the back of my x-tra cab lux

just wondering what would be a good spring to use, only ever use the truck for the hard stuff off road, so im thinking a nice soft set-up would be good,

i have sitting in the garage a full set of brand new suspension out of a GU cab chassis, and also a 5yr old set of 2" lifted old man emus's out of a GU ute as well, thinking of using these, do you think they could be too stiff tho

i know theres guys on here with good coil set-ups in the back, what did you use???

any suggestions??

4 link, with triangulated uppers, desinging and building it myself

gunna have 1300 long lowers with 1100mm uppers

4-6" seperation at chassis end and 6-9" sepeartion at axle end, both adjustable

possibly making it out of 38mm OD heavy wall tube, but unsure of this bit yet

poly bushes out of a patrol at chassis end of links, and probably heim joints at axle end

so far, maybe a few slight variations yet, but i think im pretty close to what i want

I'll add another vote for the rangie bits. there are a billion different heights and rates available and the ends are square so very easy to manufacture perches.
