Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I just read on another forum that a place in America mightb e considering doing a coil over suspension kit to replace the torsion bars in IFS hilux trucks.

Has anyone here ever heard of this?

What is involved - would a kit be required or just the right suspension guru and a friendly engineer for the report?
