Outer Limits 4x4 Board

hey are tubbed arches legal,

i only need to do the front,

just wanna know if it's worth it, to cut the inner guards, and fab new one's.

id say you would definatly need an engineers, asd you would, but talk to an engineer, i cant see it being a prob as the engineer the rears,
