id offer 20,000 and tell him he can keep the 3Lt and box, with the savings you cen put a 4.2 turbo and box in it, much more reliable,

seriously, what year model is it?

do you know te comlete service history? has it had any warrenty problems to this date?

have a read through the GU bible, and look under 3.0l problems, and just be aware that what you are buyin has been prone too, though, it sounds like a later model, so maybe the bugs were ironed out by this stage,

well i cant say a reasonable price, as im not susre how well the 3.0l's hold value, but if you are extreeemly happy with it, id be thinkin around the 40 mark as it stands, but hey, im not 100% sure on that figure, i may be way off

prob closer to low $30s. They are a dime a dozen now so not too hard to pick up pretty cheap, even with all the accessories.
