new centipedes in town

the new 36 centipedes have landed [ only 20 sets ] but havn't been dot approved yet.
i would like a set of 12.5 wide centipedes but i bet it will be a while before the general public get a set. :cry:

I didn't think we had DOT in Aust :finger:
Any indication on the $$ damage or when a larger shipment might hit....more improtantly are they considering anything in the 37-38" size????

apparently these first ones were just made and shipped out straight away.
theres a set on its way up for Kym Bolton to use in this weekends extreme winch challenge.
haven't heard of any bigger sizes :cry:

they are taller and wider slunnie.
the later ones will be DOT approved.

I have heard of bigger sizes on the cards, but it has only been talk.

I am working on Chris Hummers RR ATM and have been talking about the new tyres, He picked them up today and only 5 sets have been sent out.
One set has gone missing already, he thinks they went at Melb airport. :? :shock: If you see some strange looking Simex tyres kicking around please ring Chris. :wink:

ok in your opionons what is the extreme t2 a good rock tyre
I have heard, from a trusted friend that i will no find a better tyre for me.
what are they like on the rock and is a 33' going to be the best tyre i can run off road, 83 2.2 diesal, 4 speed, no lift for the moment but maybe 2' lift spring and 1 ARB locker Rear

Ok stop looking, the lost tyres have been found.
Customs had them ( they needed to check them) yer right, just happened to need a set of 4 and after questions were asked they fessed up they had em. :roll: :oops:

There was almost a jumbo with Simex tyres fitted ( can land anywhere) :lol:
