D44 Front 4.1:1 ratio. D60 rear FF with 27 spline axles (not 35 spline). NP208 T/case and perhaps T18 (not sure on the 6 clyinder).

Rod

Note: This is for a early to mid eighties Aussie Spec J20.

Yeah there are two up here that are in a wreckers complete one is in mid rebuild all the running gear was redone but has obviously not been worked on in a while. The motor which is a six is in Long form nuthin hooked up. $2800

The other is a worker I didn't actually look under the hood just got underneath and not being a big Dana spotter didn't really know what I was looking for. $2200

Done some research at Dynatrac and have it all sorted. Both are manual boxes and from the pics I looked at elsewhere they seem to be NP208's

Iwas actually there looking for other bits but they got me thinkin.

He had a Merc there too with an injected V8 in it. Anyone thinkin the same crazy shyayt I am thinkin

Yep I've always wondered about the Merc V8, if you can get em cheap enough then its gotta be worth some investigation

What about all those nice Geman 6 packs as well :)

It is 2,500 for the merc which is running I would not have the first clue on how much I would be able to recoup wrecking it.

Run the Merc V8 and Auto with a divorced np205 and you have a very good cheap drivetrain.
