If there is still some bolt showing, try to get some vice grips or similar onto it. Or weld a bolt onto it and unscrew that.

If it has snapped off flush you will need a good drill bit, a GOOD QUALITY** Ezy-out and plenty of patience ;)

** Dont skimp on the Ezy-out ;) I learnt the hard way and snapped one of those in the already snapped bolt  Let me tell you, they are a bitch to remove :bad-words:

Wheen drilling the easy-out hole go as big as possible...less chance they'll snap off, and yeah once it snaps there a real b!tch to get out!

If it is flush, drill out & go & buy the apropiate set of helicoils. This the single mose best way to replace a thread back to its original sise. Ezy outs are more touble than they are worth. In 16 years as a mechanic I have never been able to remove a rusted bolt with one. I gave up on them after the second one I broke as they are more trouble than they are worth when they break.

Helicoils are the go, also buy some antiseize & paint the threads with it. You will have no trouble next time.

Or do what I did when this happened. Modify the rear body mount so it holds through the chassis, and the body sits on it. Make sure the other mounts are tight.

I would try to lessen the grip that the rust etc has on the bolt that caused it to snap in the first place with a bit of heat and some penetrative lube.
Then go for the e-z out etc ..

I haven't had a need to use them, but from all that I hear, the left hand drill bits perform far better than ezi-outs.

Cheers Everyone..

I Ended up just getting high tensile Drill bits and going to town on it;).

Put a hole in big enough to get my Bolts through...

So Problem solvered :)

Once again thanks for quality feed back :)
