Take hub etc off so you have plenty of room..
Put wheel cylinders on first then line up the shoe plates, adjusting sprocket thingo and then lateral retaining springs.
Theres 2 springs on slotted washers you push in and turn with pliers to keep the shoe plates in place, they are at "3 oclock and 9 oclock" when you are looking at the assembly.

The springs and plates sit under the wheel cylinders not quite sure what you mean by 'behind' them...they need to go on before the hub hoes back on..

Turbo, I wish i knew...not much help there...you could try bj42turbo (Daz) for advice on how it is set up....

Are you a Melbourne feller?
