Or SOA (Spring Over Axle)

Some say you can and some say you cant, i think you would be best to talk to an approved 4WD engineering workshop and see what they say!

I think it would be possible as i am looking at all the IFS to live axle conversions been done today!

Now some say when you do a Surf/4 runner from ifs to solid front end they can get it approved because hilux came out with solid axle in most models, however i havn't seen a feroza with a factory solid front end! This is why i think you could!

Also if you can get a 3 link approved for a hilux than i don't see why not!

This is the way i see things but i am probably wrong!

well, you're right about the feroza thing..

as besty has hilux running gear & suspension, he got it engineered with SOA as the hilux is standard that way.

Ben a mate of mine is one of only 3 engineers in QLD that has the codes for everything available and can comply these.
I spoke to him last night and he is curently working with the Dpt Of Transport on getting SOA legal in QLD. So far its looking good and i will defianatly post up when i know more about this.
