fuel tank mounting

has anyone mounted there tank inside the cabin of a wagon or such?
im going to mount mine in the back of my hardtop and need to know the rules im going to have to comply with for engineering, etc.
any info would be great

Nomally need a sealed chamber vented to outside minimum. Talk to the chap who is going to engineer it for you.

remember 40 series cruiers had thier fuel tanks under the seat so it cant be too much drama

They were done as standard, you are trying to modify a model that was not like this from factory, that may cause a difference.
I reckon it would in QLD anyway...
Go with the chamber setup. Sealed from internal cabin, but vented to outside.

thanks for the input guys just wanted to know if anyone had done this sort of conversion and how they went with it.
