Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Thanks to some hackers of unknown parentage, the patrol4wd forum has been down for 3 weeks. Steve Rowlandson and his techs have restored it and its back online.

Well done guys, and thanks for hosting it (for nix) and fixing a major hack.

Apparently it was the same clowns that hacked here a few months ago.
