I have looked through my FSM and cannot see if there is any difference between the manual and auto brake pedals. Anyone know if there is a difference. I was thinking the auto pedal may be wider like in most auto cars.

MK,
Id be thinking the same thing, the brake pedal is larger for an auto.....
I havnt honestly looked down at the pedals to check but id say they are wider....
either way id say u can just use the smaller one if all u have is the 3 pedal setup.... just take the clutch pedal off it.
u planning on auto?
cheers

on a manual to auto conversion I did ....
I welded the clutch and brake pedels together with a bit of 20x10 steel bar......
I then popriverted a bit of checkered alloy plate to the now single unit pedel....
works a treat !,
can get both feet on the brakes....
can operate the brakes with left foot while the right doesnt have to leave the throttle
can be made back ito a manual without having to spend hours refitting the clutch pedel arm......
Some states do have an automatic brake pedel size limit ...in Vic its 150mm wide minimum ( or it was when I last saw the rules regarding it ! )
