Have tested the line to the light it has power running all the way to the end of it. But when you put a globe in she jsut does not want to work ?? Have tried new globes and test light says everything should be good any one know what may be the issue here ?????????

try this get the earth wire and connect straight to the negative side of the bat of course with longer wire this will prove your ground point isn't good enough

Get some "Electrical Contact Cleaner", scrape the light bulb mount with a screw driver and then spray this stuff in there. Check resistance between positive terminal in bulb socket and battery, then negative terminal and body.
