They don`t necessary flex better it`s just that there longer so you get more axle drop with the same arc and also they have a bigger eye in the hanger wich takes some of the twist out,If you want 4" of lift with jigged leaf pack you`ll nee 2" IFS rears and 200mm eye to eye shackle wich gives you close to a good shackle angle as you want from the standard shackle mount and possibly 1-2" blocks later on when they start to sag.the IFS rears will give a longer wheel base by about 1.75"+- a bit

they are off a 2002 model ifs lux, the ifs part just means they are off an ifs modeled hilux, i use 200mm extended shackles that my bro made for me, i use all the stock hangers, etc, it moved the axle back 1.5 inches and i still use the stock rear drive shaft. the shocks are rancho rs9000's and have been inverted 45 degrees, however if i were to do it again i wouldnt invert them as much to try to get move down travel
, once again my custom shock mounts were made up by my bro (bubs). any more q's just give me a pm
