Take it to Toyota 1st.
Then if no luck ask on here on the Toyota forum.
Is the wheels and tyres standard fitment?/

A guy in my club broke 3 (or at least 2), and he doesn't drive the car that hard. I only witnessed 1 break, and it shouldn't have broken with what he was doing. I think Toyota replaced the 1st one under warranty, but after that refused and said he must have been abusing the car.
I know a few other people with the same car, who drive similar terrain, and haven't had the same problem, so my personnal opinion is there was something defective with his car. I always thought the crown wheel should break before the pinion, yet he broke the pinion every time.
