The websites abit vaige. Are they complete CVs or a modification to the ones you already have?
Also are they stronger than standard ones or weaker?
The idea is good though.
Also access to the grease nipple would be difficuit with free wheeling hubs.

Doesn't that mean the shaft has a hollow channel down it? How's this going to be anywhere near as strong as the same item that's solid?

I beleive they are complete CVs.
I doubt they are stronger than Stock but they would defianatly last a lot longer than a stock CV in a Mine situation. And Mining companies are who they are targeting. Most Mine vehicles dont break CVs they just wear them out.

I beleive the grease nipple is recesed into the axle so it is no longer than stock.

wouldnt need to be a very big hole down the ente either, 2-3mm would be enough for grease to pump through.

I don't think strenght would be a problem as the middle part of the axle can be quite soft and doesn't do much anyway in some cases a drilled hole up the centre can make the axle stronger, but still a good idea thou.

think tail shaft... it allows it to take a bit more of a twisting force before it snaps

most big shafts are hollow in that respect ship propellers etc

As ruff said its applications would be for situations where the CVs have been wearing out not exploding.
