Use grade 8.8 hi tensile... from memory thats 10mm.
Nylon (also known as HDPE IIRC), steel, aluminium... go to plastics joint, most will cut it up for you and everything, prob cost you far less than $100...

I would suggest using as large dia block as you can I made some 2" dia blocks for a hilux i owned a few years ago and it developed cracks in the body after some time. Every other 4b since I have made larger dia blocks and had no problems.

Mine has 65mm all round, will be replacing the front two with 50mm dia when the tube bar eventually gets done though cause the 65mm is too big for the mounts.

My hilux has done 7 years of hard driving and comps and for 5 or 6 of that has had a 2 inch body lift it with 50mm dia blocks, when I pulled it down it had 1 crack in the body in a spot which is commen on hilux anyway, even standard ones. Shit I just spilt me bloody drink

what a farken waste of jimy

man I never do that
