Got around to fitting the winch rope I bought from the US and hawse fairlead today. Eyebolts still need plate behind them and to be tightened.

I only fitted a hawse fairlead due to fitting the new rope

I tryed both a roller type (new) in front and a hawse fairlead in back. And I think is better to use a hawse fairlead than the roller type, because the roller type has a lot of sharp edges that destroy the rope and if you have used the roller type with the metal rope it will be eaven worse.

did you drill new holes in the middle of the plate so you can use the same bolts for the winch? like mine?

Nope I modified the ARB bracket that was already on the bar. Just waiting for the paint to dry then I will take pics of it fitted.
