Does anybody have maybe some blueprints or some measermunts of how to custom make a 5 link?

Should be enough companies out there making them (Snake, Cheezy, Big Balls, etc). Ultimately will give you a lot less grief if you go with a commercial product with the engineers, too. No point reinventing the wheel.
