Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hi Guys

I have a 1997 Turbo Diesel 2.8 GQ wagon. What sort of fuel enconomy should I be expecting from the 90 Litre tank. I am getting about 550Kms at the moment. My mate with a 4.2 turbo diesel 80 series land cruiser and he gets about 550Kms from 70 litres.

Whats wrong with my car. What sort of extra maintenance needs carrying out to the fuel system. What sort of maintenance do injectors need.

i have a 99 2.8td and with 90 litres i get 700-800km depending on how im driving.

Id make sure its tuned properly, get the injectors cleaned/checked, get the pump checked etc.
