gearbox ratle when clutch is in

my gearbox has only recently started to make a funny rattle noise when the clutch is in but it is not always there it doesnt do it for abotu the first 5 minutes of driving but then when u push the clutch in it sounds as though the through out bearing is gone but the noise drops in and out.
and i have only done 800kilometers on the new gearbox,clutch and through out bearing. this is on a 84lux 2.4diesel to

Sounds like the front bearing in the box is cactus.

that was one of my thoughts but if the box was fully reconditiond and has only doen 800ks it shoudlnt have gone already but i have a 6 month waranty on the box so i will take it back to have it checked

anyone else have any ideas...............
i have thoguht about ti being the main frotn gearbox bearign then if the clutch is pushed while in gear and the car is not moving that means no part of the gearbox is turning and is till have a noise......
coudl it jsut be i got a bad throughtout bearing or the clips that hold it on have come loose?

Throw-out bearing????

Or could be something as silly as the exhuast just touching something, when you let the clutch out it may torque away from what its touching. Especially since the gearbox would have been out and they may have forced the exhust out of the road to get the box in and out! I know it sounds silly but silly things like that do happen!

thanks pos i did think of sumthign touchign btu i havent been able to have someon hold the clutch down as i look under it coudl jsut be sumthigng touching as it will go for a coupl of seconds then come back then go again.
