60 series cv 's will suit : Suits Models BJ40 BJ42 BJ73 BJ74 FJ40 FJ45 FJ55 FJ60 FJ62 FJ73 FJ75 HJ45 HJ47 HJ60 HJ61 HJ75 LN106 LN46 LN60 LN61 LN65 RN36 RN46 YN60 YN63 YN65 YN67 .
80 series cv's 2/90 to 4/94 will fit 100 series cruisers ....

you forgot RJ7x, LJ7x to 1989, *J62, probably some others.
BJ74 uses HZJ75 style cv's which are slightly larger. 60 series type will fit but are not the correct fitment.
80 series cv's 2/90 to 4/94 will fit 100 series cruisers ....
80 Series CV's of any type will definitely NOT fit a 100 series - 100 series is IFS.

they are different for the solid axel?
dont the 80 have less splines on them compared to the 100

The later 80ser CV is longer and will not fit into the F/W hub. A good mod for the 80ser is to put the 78/79/105ser bush and needle roller bearing into the back of the spindle/stub axle. This should lenghten the life of the inner axle seal surface.

Only the V8's and the T/D's are IFS..
The 4.5's and the straight diesels are solid..

the 100 series is IFS. the 105 series is live axle.
