how much could i expect to pay for an mq steering box?

Post by Brendan-s »

need a new one, mine's pretty shagged and it came up on pinkslip. i can get one for 80 bucks (cash) but i dunno if its the right price or not. he said it's leaking (already knew that) but since it's not dripping onto the floor thats not the issue, theres too much play in my wheel. ill probbaly end up just tightening it up, is this a hard thing to do? it worked last time (i got it tightened) but after a week of driving it had a lot of freeplay again. i figure if i do it the night before i take it back it should be alright, or maybe just around the corner from the place :D

cheers
