Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Just bought a 75 series cruiser and it has a relay islolater thats runs batteries and i have a pirrana electronic isolater and wanted to fit that but truck has a winch and i was wonder if hooking a battery sized cable between the two batteries and having a switch so i can overide the pirana so i know batts are parreled, what i am asking is will this cause my pirana isolator any harm?
