measure up agains the 35's, allow an extra 2 inches all round, and cut till they fit,
you have it good, you only have to worry bout the front

if only it was that easy. the width causes big problems when turning. look at the pics of mine and see where i cut it (no body lift). i flexed it on the forklift and turned left and right and kept cutting till there was bulk clearence
i would say 6"+ of the rear of the front guards and a lot off the front of the guards too (heaps more than you think) maybe 2" across the top. it gets weak as so i folded the edge over and welded 50x3 along the edge. good for the flare rubber too.
look for damaged guards before you cut as they are often damaged on the soon to be removed sections. it can be hard to get good guards so no point in killig good ones

Keep an eye out for Chris's (giantracing) guards he will be producing very soon. Are going to be a competetive price to.

I have about 5-6 inch in coils and 2 in body and I cut the guards and I have heaps of room.
I run 37" tires and a five link with lots of flex and I reckon I could have easily left a good couple of inches in the rear of the gaurd. At least I know down the track I will be able to run bigger tyres if needed.
I only cut the rear of the guard not all the way round. I didn't need to. I cut from about 3/4 the way up and back down.
Main prob I have is that the tires rub the top of the coil hats on full stuff.
I reckon you will easily get away with 5-6" lift and just cut some out of the rear. Make sure you fold a lip over for strength and screw on some rubber flare. Easy as mate.

yeah i forgot about the coil hats. my tyres hit by too much with the gq diffs on beadlocked 10"'s with the 5 ink. unless you run a 12.5 or 13.5 wide you will have dramas. i run the gu's and now its well clear.
