SD33T rebuild cost

How much would it roughly cost to rebuild an SD33T engine?
Is it worth doing the turbo at the same time and roughly how much would that be?
Engine has done just under 320K, injectors have been overhauled.

MMMM - poor bugger - if you are paying someone to do it, and properly you are looking at $5000 - $6000 + turbo approx $1000- $1300 (if you don't do it and it throws a vane it will go straight down to new donk) + turbo clutch heavy duty while its out approx $700 + injector pump = anything from $1300 - $2500 plus labour = not a lot of change from 10g.
Unfortunately I went down this path because I was too busy with work at the time to pull it out myself (the engine that is) so it was a drive in drive out job. Needless to say I did the TD42 myself this time...................
Big bucks for an old car. Pity a TD42 won't fit to the gearbox.
