Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Am gonna knock up some sliders for the Lux next weekend with Slayer. So i need sum pics on what some of u guys have for ideas.

So far thinking of a bolt on to chassis style with main slider being 75x50RHS and joined to chassis mounting plates by 40x40RHS with the plates being 6mm flat.

If i was to use this size RHS what thickness steel would be sufficient to take a beating without bending too easily??

Oh, and YES I have tried the SEARCH function......

their bolt on to chassis with 3 points on drivers side and 4 on passenger, can get close ups if thats wat yr keen on
