been doing some research on commo autos,

there is one model avaliable for the V8 and the V6, and it isthe TH700, from what i have read they have different mounts to the engine, one using the turbo patturn one one using something else,

with this info, can i assume that the rear end of the auro is the same between the two, so the adaptor for the GQ transfer and fit both?

any help aoppreciated.

try Marks adaptors or the Castlemain Rod Shop.

AFAIK all turbos are tubo bolt pattern , the other common pattern found on 308's is Tri matic pattern.

i think its the motors that change bolt pattern , not the autos

There is a V6 Turbo 700 that runs a Buick pattern Bellhousing and then there is the V8 Turbo 700 that runs a Chev style bellhousing. The rear of these are both identical. The bellhousings are not removable.

Sweet, that was the info i was after, and i actually spoke to marks today, and they said the same, i just wanted tyo make sure if i go this way, i can have the transfer adaptor and run either the V6, or V8, and not have to purchase new adaptors.
