Pinion brakes

Post by buger »

So I buy a Unimog 411 :D for transplant the axles to my Patrol MK.
And was thinking of using pinion brakes for make the axles lighter. Is this a good idea, it's a offroad only vehicle.
Which is the best set up to use?
How big disk brakes and what type of master cilinder should I use?
I was thinking of using Suzuki Samurai front disk brakes and master cilinder. What do you think? :?:
