pos or neg on spotties?

ive got a pair of 100watt KMT spotties and theres two wires coming off the back of each! one is black with a white trace and the other a yellow with a white trace! does anyone know which is positive and which one is negative please?

it doesnt matter..............a lamp will work no matter which way you hook it up. pick wich colour looks the preetiest for the negative for all it matters...........

as i do like that thinking, im pretty sure some spotties earth through the metal base of the globe and through the metal surround of the spottie, i would much prefere the power going straight to the positive of the light,
now, more than likely the Black wire with the white trace will be you earthk, and the yellow will be the power,
simple, just pull it apart and check it,
