Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Guys.

Just a quick yes or no question.....

I know that in Trials and Willoglen etc, harnesses are not needed, just seat belts and window nets / restraints...

In TUFF TRUCK CHALLENGE...... are harnesses compolsary or can u just run seat belts???
