your enthusiasmis good son
but christ do a search threw the old posts or give the rig to someone n tell them to do it n suprise u with what u get

be specific on mods like a 454 eng with a 6'' lift cuase no one knows how far u wanna go
a little mod would be 33 x12.5 tyres with a 2'' lift

and check ya spellin i know mine isn't the greatest thats why i have a dictionary beside me and i use it

lol ok sorry about that, hmmm dont want anything over extreme like the 454 and 6 inch lift lol just some simple modifications. like things that save fuel, more power, more height without body lift over 2 inch. and what brands to use and that sort of stuff. searching is the easy way out. this is fun lol

cheers

You can ask simple questions if the search function doesn't reveal anything ;)

matts right, forums are made to ask ?s, search engines are the easy way but never give u the proper information u are looking for, if u ask questions on a forum u have some people who know wat there talking about and can give you good info and tips on what u can do.......

But it the same question is asked 50 times people get sick of commenting.....this is what the SEARCH fuction is for. Have a search first then once you have found all the info your after, coz it is there, ask any specific questions then just go out and do it to the 45.

Things to search for include:
*Removing leaves
*Opening spring clamps
*SOA or Spring over if you want to go that far

Just a bit of freindly advice from another 40's owner.

Spring over isn't legal in QLD, so we can forget that one. To make it capable, 2" spring lift and 33x12.5x15 muddies. Once again, 33 inch is as big as you can go in QLD and still be legal. Power steering (not really cheap, but essential nonetheless) an overdrive and maybe a bodylift, tho the body doesn't need to be lifted for 33's. ;)

and its not his first question on this shit he has asked

i don't mind given anyone a hand so long as you have a go yourself first thats all

Yeah i understand where ya comin from, he should use search or look elswhere on the net. its not hard and it stops the forum being full of silly questions.
