High Mount Brake Light

Did the later model GQ's come with a high mount brake light fitted to the large barn door? Saw one today in traffic and wondered if it was OE fitted or aftermarket. It was long and thin and looked to be LED rather than the bulb type that would have been fitted in that vintage.

To the best of my knowledge they didn't unless you but I could be wrong.

i have seen later model GQ's with a strandard type brake light fitted to the large barn door, i have seen a few, but definatly not LED's
still thou, the ones i have seen could be after market.

definatley a rear brake light on post 94 models......
not LED but all of them have it....

No gq's came with a LED 3rd brake light nor gu's for that sake, the light you saw if it was only about 15-20 mm thick is a NARVA brade as they are the only ones currently that do thin LED brake lights. HELLA do a LEd brake light but is similar in size to a standard GQ brake light.

Thanks for clearing that up guys
