Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I have a turboed 2H and auto in a 60 series. Turbo is a Mike Vine turbo setup from Brisvagas. Is anyone familiar with this setup and can I get some info on std boost, injection timing and maybe a typical fuel consumption. Standard tyres are used. My fuel consumption is terrible, approx 19 litres per 100 kms. And very little power.

WHat brand and model number of turbo is fitted with the kit? For specs it may be best to call Mike Vine and ask him. He was still around last I checked (a couple of years ago).
