dyan box with a 253 when i start it the gears a sticky is it oil to low or box is on its way out

Ummm ... I think for the $30 odd bucks is costs to change oil it would be a good place to start ... :roll:

Stiff gearchange when cold is known as Cold Baulk and most Oil companies make an oil to cure it.
The old fix was Auto trans fluid.
