To build or not ?

Thinking of building a buggy but not sure if it is worth doing. Where can they be driven in Vic ? Or are there comps for them in Vic ? I can't travel far due to work so it will need to be used in Vic.

Legally, not many places. Most require rego. NAM's gettin one this weekend, maybe he can shed some light on it...
Or are there comps for them in Vic ?
Not yet, but I hear they are in the planning.
