not sure the entire process, but I do know that the largest mould they have is for 33", and while they were starting to tool up for 35", they had trouble getting a reliable supplier of 35" carcass' so they left it at that.
Sorry, but you are out of luck

He wants to know if he can take his 38's in and get them remoulded, like you do a truck tyre, and have pede tread on his 38 cases.
I don't think so but let us know what they said.

I tried to get some 285/75x16 BFG A/T's remoulded into just play tyres with some bobcat tread on them at a place where I used to repair the retreading machinery. The said he'd love to do them except they were the wrong compound rubber and would have 50% chance of going egg shaped in the cooker. He sait the recap wouldn't bond and they'd tear off in the first wheelspin session, only certain brands are suitable

YOUR CAPS LOCK KEY IS ENGAGED MR SULU
I've some light truck tyre sized remoulders arounf the 36" mark but they were skinny too.
Pressure cooking them on is the way most trucks are done and would work for semi sized tyres.
20 or 22 inch rims anyone?
