What other wheels will fit a Feroza?

Going by some research I've done Vitara wheels should fit a Feroza- has anyone tried them? The PCD (5x139.7mm), offset and centre bore are the same from the info I found.
Are there any other manufacturers wheels that will fit?

also 5.5" 5 stud
f100, f150, bronco, suzuki sierra, vitara, lj series, daihatsu rocky and feroza, chev c10 truck, early jeep (cj etc), some dodge trucks, all have the 5 on 5.5" stud pattern, some non 4wd applications may need the centre bore opened up.

5 Stud Pattern = Standard
therefore.....Suzuki rims fit, Jeep rims fit and F100 rims fit !
And what ever else takes a 5 stud pattern !!
What are you thinking of putting on David ??
Some nice 'Bling-bling' chromies ??

I'm thinking about a few options. My tyres are getting low (something I'm not sad about
) and I drive mostly on sealed roads, but want to be able to also go off road without the limits of the current tyres.
So..... I'm thinking current stock 15" rims - keep as off road rims and get off road tyres (eg 237/75R15 MTR's). Buy second set of rims for on road and decent road only tyres for daily use. For road rims I'm thinking 16" with 235/60R16 tyres- Suzuki Vitara's had this as an option. Speedy also make the Desert Rat (Sunraysia copy) in 16X7 to fit Ferozas.
It may happen anyway...

not all 5 studs are the same, range rove and early landy are different, late landy is different, 100 series is different, and tj jeep is the same as falcon.

Just got a price for the Speedy Desert Rat steel wheel in 16x7" to fit the Feroza. $137 ea
for a
steel wheel!!!
http://www.speedywheels.com.au/ZoomWhee ... rt_Rat.htm
Who actually makes "Sunraysia" wheels, or is that just a generic name for the wheel style? From what I've heard they are only around $45 ea for 15"- if they make 16" to fit it could be a bit more realistic in price.

I don't know why, but the 16" rim has always been a lot more expensive than the 15" rim. It would be easier / cheaper for you to get a second set of tyres to go on 15" rims, but defeating the purpose you want the larger rim / lower profile tyre for !........I s'pose you can always put low profile tyres on your 15" rims.......say a 29" tyre rather than a 30 or 31

Yeah, I'd heard they were a lot more expensive, but over three times the price?! For those sort of prices I'd rather look at alloys... so much for doing it on the cheap.
I found an XL7 Vitara wreck here in Adelaide but unfortunately there is only one good 16" alloy left on it. :(

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the 5 stud wheels are also a bit more expensive than the common as muck 6 stud wheels, Because not as many vehicles use them.

Pretty sure your right, the cost of wheels on the bigballs website has the 5 stud more expensive than the 6...kinda bites...

You're probably right about the six stud. When I was looking on the internet there are a lot more wheels made to suit six stud fittments.
Mudpig got his 15x7" Sunraysia wheels for his Feroza for only $45 ea new- see the other conversation on tyre sizes. The Speedy ones are probably made in Australia which would make them more pricey. I'll do a bit more looking around, I'm not in a hurry- the wife's b%#*y Excel needs new tyres first :(

Just priced a set of MTR's. 10Rs about $237 ea, 9Rs about $257 each, go figure, smaller tyre, bigger cost. Makes the set of 4 10R Simex Centipedes @ $193 ea pretty good price. As for rims, my third set for my Rocky, local wrecker has a set of 6 15x7 F100 white spokes for $20 each. Looks like thats gonna be my third set of tyres for the Green Machine.

Found the same last night when looking up some prices on line for Toyo OPAT tyres- the 225/70R15 was a lot dearer than the 235/75R15!
Doesn't really make sense; must come down to low sales for the smaller size?

Daihatsus use same wheels as Rocstas, Suzukis, Lada Niva's, early jeeps and some F100/F150.
Daihatsu standard wheels have less offset than Vitara wheels - the offset is a benefit and liability (curse of IFS)
F150's have the biggest offset - thus more width and stability.
Anyone wanna buy my 30" muddies on 15x7 Sunraysias, so I can cut the arches and fit 32" on 8" rims?
Don't go 16" rim for offroad rubber. It doesn't make sense - less tyre options and less sidewall flex for same height.

i have some 15 x 10 on my f150, that are coming off, will go good on your zook!

How wide r the feroza wide track rims? 6 or 6.5 inches wide?
I've got a set at home and wanna know if the 32x9.5x15 simex centipedes would fit on those rims.

From my recollection, the wide track rims are a 15x7 JJ type..........I've forgotten as my Feroza hasn't been running standard rims for the last 6 years !

On Mikes web site hes got 15x6 JJ on the specs section.
How do u measure a rims width properly cause i measured the total width which was 7 inches wide and i asked my work mate about it and he said i did it wrong

I thought the size was stamped on the actual rim

oops didn't think of that
I'll have a look tomorrow

I'm almost certain the narrow tracks are 15x6"- I'd assume the wide tracks are the same? The rims are the same design on both aren't they?

16" was only going to be for on road use, where less sidewall flex is better.
I'd be keeping my 15" rims I've already got for use with dedicated off road tyres.

well i looked at the wide track rims and they are 15x6.
I'll look at my standard rims and see if i can find a size under all the paint thats been put on there before i bought it

6 inch wide means 30 inch by 9.5 is as big as is safe to fit. You cna fit 31x10.5 on if you really want to.....
