upgraded/custom axles

I want to purchase some upgraded axles for my vitara rear. Does anyone have any recomendations or knows who produces custom axles in Sydney.

ive seen a couple done on the central coast
they were forged blanks turned up then drilled and splined to suit

would be best to talk to a hot rod coversion shop that does (for example) 9" diff conversions for mazdas and dattos and whatever - find out who they use and how much it costs. When you recover from the shock, just slap an entire hilux rear axle under there and have a strong rear end with cheap spares for life.
