3F Carby (Rebuilt) Would it handle boost?

I am thinking of adding a some pounds of boost into the old 3F with a small Toyota Supercharger...
Would my Carby handle boost, if so how much?
Would it be better to run injection on the old motor, and a throttle body setup?
First option would be cheaper and would be good for now...

assuming its a simular carby to a 2f then it wont handle boost well
well not blow through anyway
get a holley and run it draw through ive been thinking about using a toyoto s/c on my 2f as there a low revving engine could run it quite fast to get some decent boost from it
best bet is to run it blow through with a straight lpg setup no hassles at all
hmm ideas are flowing

If I was to run a draw through setup, (staying petrol) I guess I should run some sort of injection. Fuel going through the blower aswell, just doesn't sound right to me...
People with knowledge - fill me in...

Melge, the 3f is a good old donk, but it will cost heaps to do anything like that to it.....your cheaper option would be a commodore v6 auto and an adapter.....these have torque and dont mind revving (for when you want to do 100 km/hr) they will run under water, AND...the rod shop do a mount kit for a yota supercharger for them.....
U can get a complete smashed door for less than a k.
