Man of leisure!! - have you got any idea how hard it is to work out what to do EACH DAY, it's tuff let me tell you.
OK, first thing I can tell you is that to do this mod yiu DO NOT NEED TO REMOVE THE GEARBOX. Punch the pin out of the selector between the gearbox and the transfer and the transfer slips far enough back and can be removed with very little fuss.
Rebuilding the case is a matter of following the manual - not too hard (take your time and take lots of digital photos for reference)
Off road is awesome - uphill has so much more control than before and at a pace where you are not gunna damage the car by belting into things to hard. Downhill though is where I believe the biggest improvement is - you have to ride the accelerator.
Takes about an hour to remove the case. Rebuilt the case over a couple of days as I had to chase down bearings and seals as the build went along and about 2-3 hours to put it back in (with a couple of hic ups here and there.
Things to note:- the case out of a '92 NH has a different step down on the rear output shaft compared to a 93 NJ so the extension housing of a '93 NJ will not fit unless the oil baffle is modified.
Measure the old and new sub gear thickness and change the thickness of the snap ring to suit. Too tight and the box will whine.
Well worth the money.
Twin lockers, 33's, crawler gears and you got yourself a bit of a weapon.
To those who did all the development on these gears I salute you

I guess I'll just have to stand here and tap my foot impatiently until they do another run
Saw this car in action recently, definitely worth the $$ for the crawlers from my observation (and obvious impatence).
