My 235 coopers rub ever so slightly with a 2in suspension lift. My grinder's going to fix that on the weekend but.....

Sorry, don't know what you mean by front clip, I tend to get real stupid when I haven't slept.

Nuts and bolts in the wheel well need to be undone. Cheak wires inside engin bay.

235's fit, hammer if you remove the sway bar.

Just removed mine.
Two front body mount bolts
3 or four per side in the inner guard
1 per side at the very back (where the door closes on)
Obviously remove lower door hinge.
As Dewse said, unhook all wiring - headlights/indicators/horn/oil pressure
Two bolts on the right hand inner guard holding the brake lines on
That should be all I think?

I've got 235/75 on my stockie. They'll fit, but what will happen is at about 15 or so degrees turn it'll scrape against the outside edge of the bumper mounts. An angle grinder fixes this. I didn't take off as much as I could so I need to be a bit careful make sure I don't overwork my suspension travel (ie, get to the bump stop.) If done properly you can drive around and do stuff without being worried at all about them hitting.

Running atm 235/75 bfg mts. Getting away with a slightly sagged 2 inch spring lift and hammering the seems in. Grinded a bit on the bumper mount off and pushed the rear guards in slightly with a hammer as the tyres just rub the inner guard wen it reaches the bump stop. Mine also touch the spring wen turning, tho im running 7 inch rims, spossivily running 6 inch rims will cure this as the tyre will be narrower,
