Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Just removed the front flares off the 40, since one has some panel damage and insted of getting fixed i thought now could be a chance to make up some custom ones.
Has anyone made any or seen any that bolt to the chasiss where the old ones came out, im thinking of making a frame out of tube steel and covering them with sheet metal. Any suggestions??
