Suck my beefcake 2000 :finger: :finger:

Yes it is, but it is not without a few hurdles.
obviously the lengths need to be altered,
the bolt pattern and the bolt hole size is identical :)
The spigot (circular locating ring) size on the hilux has to be reduced by 1mm to mate with the wide track suzuki flanges
in adition to reducing the spigot diam you need to clearance the center of the spigot to accomodate the pinnion nut on the suzi diff (I think that the toyota flange must be much thicker).
an aditional hurdle for me was that I am running a narrow track drum brake on my transfer case and the bolt paterns were not even close, to remidy this look in the closer pic below you can see I had the rear of the drum faced and an adapter ring turned up to maintain the continuity of the spigot, Locktited knurled shafted bolts throught the drum and away we go.
done again I would make the adapter thicker and tap the holes for positive retention.
And I had to remove and plug a grease nipple in the front or it would foul on the front X member.
