G,Day all.
Having a few issues with engineering the Rangie. Searched everywhere but unable to find out the height of the front & rear bars on a standard Rangie. Would anyone know this & the regulations regarding raised bars when it comes to engineering certification? Thanks in advance guys & girls.

Front bar height

Hi Slunnie
NSW. I.ve just spent the day driving around locking up brakes & corning excessively hard whilst being watched by the engineer & then examining skid marks. Everything turned out okay & then at the end of it all he said he wanted to check the height of standard bars because the car might fail just based on that. Bars have been raised to suit 2 inch body lift but vehicle also has 2.5inch spring lift & 33inch tyres.

I've just had a look through the RTA VSI sheets and didn't see anything.

I would have thought that you'd be ok though with that setup. I've just had engineered a Disco with 4" lift and 35's which will result in a similar bumper height. The engineer for me was more concerned with the height of the lighting.
