talk to scotto off this board he's running a fiberglass tub.. he can give you some ideas on the swap, his thoughts on how they handle punishment...
he flopped it and the only damage was a cracked flair (similar to the wrangler wheel arch flairs). the fiberglass tub didn't crack or bend.

hey us mexicans can't take responsibility for scotto... he's a transplanted queenslander... he did the fiberglass work in queensland, i don't know what company it was through...
as i said, he flopped it. a higher impact or higher speed roll may be different.. but then again, it'll bend steel too. his tub has taken a bit of abuse and is still solid. suprised me too

i got my front panels from FRP in redcliff brisbane. not bad but have had a FEW issues with the bonnet breaking pins. its hit the windsrceen once already. if i did it again i would use steel panels.
just my 2cents worth.

i've got a one piece front on my shorty & i got it from oz east at noosa. Can't complain with the product either it's been on my car now for 6 years. Only problem with fibreglass though is stones leave small cracks in it .........but thats better than rust in my books.
