i got an 80 series when you put your foot down and get into it lots of black smoke comes out its done 280k is this injectors i dont think its rings as it doesent use any oil from change to change .will a biger exhaust help or is this the norm

get the injectors serviced, should fix the drama.

Black smoke = injectors
Blue = oil
White = water

Basically $100 an injector for complete replacement if yours are way out of spec. If yours can be recalibrated, about half that. But usually when 4 are gone you would do the set. And at 280km's, depending of course on when they were done before, I'm sure they'd be needing a change.
But you wont regret changing them, more power, smoother engine idle and revs, consistant fuel consumption... i.e. big benefits.

and the people following you would prefer it

Also make sure that the air filter is clean and nothing is blocking the air intake system.
