OK, I've draind my tanks into two 65ltr tubs and theres a little bit of dirt in the bottom of them(not much but enough to worry about).... whats the best way to filter this so I can get most of it back in the tanks once reinstalled????

Would be best filtered thru some muslin or calico

.
Seriously if you have some jerry cans ,get a funnel with a fine guaze filter in it (or make on out of your wife/girlfrieds stockings),transfer it from your cans into the jerry can via the filter then pour from the jerrys into your tanks again via the funnel and filter.
I know its a lot of work but at least you`ll be double filtering it so shouldnt get any dirt in

why not just syphon back out of the drums just making sure you dont let the hose go all the way to the bottom and pick up the dirt....
