Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I have just replaced the seals on my front calipers (GQ) but have tried bleeding the brakes for 3 hours now with no luck.
No air in the rear, but cant get rid of it in the front. I've used 2 litres of fluid, but its still full of air.
Any ideas? Cant see any leaks etc, is there a knack to putting the seals in, I put brake fluid on them when installing, but is there something I may have done wrong?

reco is about 300 ish :(

did you remove the calipers from the vehicle to replace the seals?

if you did then make sure you put the calipers back on the correct side as if you swap them side to sode then the bleed nipples are in the wrong position.

The air MAY be getting in around the threads of the bleed screw after its been loosened. Smear some grease around threads to help with this.

How can you tell if the cylinder seal has popped inside out due to over extension?
I've got most of the air out, so it is drivable, but if you pump the pedal, air bubbles appear in the reservoir.

Also, is there a trick to putting the piston boots on, this is my second set in 15000km (first set done by mechanic), but I am finding the boots won't seat properly, and just pop out as soon as the piston extends.
This is what happened after the mechanic tried 5 times to fix, but I'm having the same problem.

When you removed the calipers did all the fluid drain out of the brake fluid reservoir on the master cylinder????

Is it poss that you have damaged Master cyl. by pumping the seal in it beyond the wear ridge. There is also a two part grease kit with the genuine Akebono seal kits which has to be put on the rubbers and piston but I don`t know if it`s absolutely essential.

I'm pretty sure no fluid at all came from the reservoir, is it possible for the master cylinder to empty without the reservoir emptying?
