Need to bleed air out of system after change. You will find a little bleed fitting on the side of the fuel filter mount. Crack this open and press the little black hand pump on the top, when fuel comes out then it is primed and should start.

If you have trouble bleeding, you can open the bleed screw, and use a compressor to force air from your fuel filler through the lines.
Just seal the filler with a rag to pressurise the tank, and a couple of seconds later, you should be done.
